Flexural Capacity of Rattan Cane Reinforced Concrete Beams

چکیده
To overcome the dependence on use of reinforcing steel in concrete, alternative materials are used as reinforcement that is easy and cheap to obtain resistant corrosion namely rattan rods. With this material natural resources can be utilized optimally. This research uses for concrete beams. The test carried out using a two-point loading method, 4 types beams, 2 beam (BR ), 3 ) (BS control results show addition times amount resulted an increase flexural capacity 48.51%. rattanreinforced beams lower than steel-reinforced by 10%, so non-structural construction.
